The Roni's Summit is an annual event consisting of a mixture of learning, networking, company announcements, and FUN! Expect to hear from keynote speakers and industry experts, panelists (including some of your fellow franchisees!), and our own Support Team. We'll have breakout sessions where you can hear from other franchisees and store managers, as well as share your own experiences, about various topics. Finally, we'll have plenty of games, food, and even a raffle benefiting MacCares!

The 2026 Roni's Summit will be held in Salt Lake City, UT on September 15-16. We will have an optional Pre-Event Kickoff event on September 15 from 4-7pm at Bad Caddy Golf. The main conference day will be on September 16 at the Hilton Garden Inn - SLC Downtown, with check-in starting at 8am and mandatory events from 9am-5pm.

Franchise owners, store managers, team members, and support staff are invited! Please do not bring anyone outside of the Roni's Mac Bar organization without written approval. IMPORTANT: We require attendance from at least one representative from each franchise.

To help cover event costs such as venue, food, and staffing, we will be charging a registration fee for all attendees. Please see the chart below for reference: NOTE: If any franchise fails to have a representative attend the Summit, that franchisee will be charged an inconvenience fee of $250.

While there are many hotels in the downtown SLC area, we have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Hilton Garden Inn at 250 W 600 S, which is where the main conference will be held. Yes! We will have pizza and drinks at the Pre-Event Kickoff on September 15. On September 16, we will have a light breakfast (coffee, fruit, pastries) available starting at 8am, and lunch will be a Pan Asian Buffet featuring Orange Chicken, Vegetable Fried Rice, Chicken Noodle Soup, and an Asian-style Salad.

The short answer is no. There is no official dress code, so you can be casual, business formal, or anywhere in between. With that being said, we will be offering free headshots for anyone who'd like one, so keep that in mind if you prefer to be dressed up and/or in Roni's attire for your picture.

All registration fees are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled. Registration IS transferable, so if you have registered someone who is no longer able to attend, you may let someone else attend instead, or sell/transfer it to another store, for example.
